Reference Photos

 Terms and Conditions 

Some of my photographs are available as digitally downloadable reference photos in JPG format for at least $3 or any price the buyer chooses.

The buyer may only be a full-time independent creative, not employed as an artist, writer, etc by anyone else but themselves, and/or an educator. 

Visual Artists: Could use it as a reference for painting or drawing traditional art using the image once and only as a reference to make an artwork using only traditional methods (like drawing or painting on paper or canvas, etc) not digital methods, and may use the resulting artwork for personal or commercial use. 

Florists/Decorators/Interior Designers: Could use it as inspiration for floral arrangements, event decor, interior design projects.

Fashion/Graphic Designers: Could use it as inspiration for mood boards, extract colour palettes for graphic design projects, or use the floral patterns in textile designs, which must be drawn by hand without tracing the image.

Crafters: Could use it as a guide for creating paper flowers, floral wreaths, or other botanical crafts.

Knitters/Sewists: Could use the image to inspire color choices and patterns for projects.

Writers: Could use it as a prompt for descriptive writing and other prose, poetry, or stories centered around themes drawn from the image.

Educators: Could use it as a visual aid for lessons on botany, color theory, or art and photography techniques.

Creatives must use the image in a way that is respectful of Lara Kaye, her work, and her Christian beliefs. 

All of the above-mentioned independent creatives may use the resulting artwork created as described above for personal or commercial use. 

If a buyer wants to use an image more than once, they must purchase it again and as often as they will use it for another project.

Attribution is required for example in the following way: Echeveria Succulents, photographed and edited by Lara Kaye, via larakaye.gumroad.com #LaraKayeReference

The buyer must use the image in a way that is respectful to Lara Kaye, her work, and her Christian beliefs. 

Copyright of the reference image is retained by the artist Lara Kaye.

Digital downloads including reference images are non-refundable, and may not be copied, shared, altered, redistributed, or resold.
