Refund Policy

 Refund Policy: Physical Products

Item(s) must be returned to Lara Kaye within 7 working days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).

A request for a refund will only be accepted if

* the returned item(s) is received within 7 working days of initial delivery to the customer, and

* if the returned item(s), once inspected, is found to be in perfect condition, unless the reason for return is damage.

The customer will be contacted and informed if their request for a refund is accepted or rejected.

If accepted, Lara Kaye will then immediately start the process of refunding the customer through PayPal.

In the event that a product cannot be printed on demand after an order for it is placed, a refund will be issued immediately. 

A third party's policies and terms and conditions are likely to differ from that of Lara Kaye, and you are responsible for informing yourself about it.

Refund Policy: Digital Products

All Lara Kaye's digital products are non-refundable and may not be copied, shared, redistributed, altered, or resold.
